Shoal Cave

Access to:
Exit from the Entrance room: Route 125

Utility:
Surf is required to access and traverse this area. Wild Pokémon can also be encountered here with Surf.

This cave has two stages, corresponding to high tide and low tide. During high tide, the player can access high cliffs using Surf. During low tide, the player can access lower levels of the cave. The tide depends on the time of day. From 9:00 to 2:59 (AM and PM), it is high tide; from 3:00 to 8:59 (AM and PM), it is low tide.

During high tide, only the Entrance and Inner rooms are accessible.
