In Crystal, Suicune appears east of the entrance to National Park after seeing it on Route 42.
Utility:
Cut is required to access Route 35 without going through National Park.
Headbutt can be used to encounter wild Pokémon.
The Squirtbottle is needed to battle the Sudowoodo blocking the path. Clearing Sudowoodo is required to access Ecruteak City.
