Move Tutor: The lady in the house can teach the player's fully-evolved starter Frenzy Plant (Venusaur), Blast Burn (Charizard), or Hydro Cannon (Blastoise). The player's starter must have maximum friendship for her to offer to teach the move, and it can only be learned one time.

Utility:
Surf is required to access a PP Max. Wild Pokémon can also be encountered here with Surf.
