Exit in the entrance room: Four Island

Utility:
Surf is required to access and traverse this area. Wild Pokémon can also be encountered here with Surf.
Waterfall is required to access the back area of 1F.

Pokémon

Wild Seel and Swinub have a 50% chance of holding an Aspear Berry.
Wild Dewgong have a 50% chance of holding an Aspear Berry and a 5% chance of holding a Nevermeltice.
Wild Shellder have a 50% chance of holding a Pearl and a 5% chance of holding a Big Pearl.
Wild Staryu have a 50% chance of holding Stardust and a 5% chance of holding a Star Piece.
