Accessing this area requires the Mysticticket item. In the original Game Boy Advance cartridge releases of the games, the Mysticticket was only available via distributions at events between 2005 and 2007, although it can be obtained with hacks or cheats. In the Nintendo Switch rereleases, it is automatically added to the player's bag after they defeat the Elite Four.
