This is a list of the lowest level at which you can obtain every Pokémon in Red, Green, Blue, or Yellow. It does not contain levels attainable via the Mew Glitch. However, it does assume you have access to all of Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, and Pokémon Stadium.
