Battle Tower Pokémon

The following Pokémon are used in the Battle Tower. Every individual species used by these facilities usually has between two and four movesets associated with them, with some Pokémon (those capable of being Dynamaxed, and Leon's Pokémon) having up to 11. The Pokémon are grouped into five groups in this document, based on their IVs:

1. 16IV: Used by Trainers between Ranks 1 and 9, and in Max Rank.
2. 19IV: Used by Trainers between Ranks 4 and Max.
3. 23IV: Introduces some new Pokémon (pseudo-legendaries and some other "strong Pokémon"). Used by Trainers between Ranks 6 and Max.
4. 27IV: Used by Trainers between Ranks 8 and Max.
5. 31IV: Used exclusively by Leon's Master Ball team, his Charizard in his Ultra Ball team, and some Pokémon that are capable of being Dynamaxed in the rosters of Trainers 165-172.

Ditto-5 is 12IV, but is included in the 27IV group to indicate where it appears in the internal numbering.

The common way of referring to a Pokémon with multiple sets is to identify the set with a number, e.g. "Set2 Rayquaza", "Rayquaza1", or "Rayquaza-3". In some early documentation, sets may instead be referred to with the number given in the below table ("999 Rayquaza"). For my tables, I will be using the "Rayquaza-1" method of referring to sets.
