Pokémon Champions is a game released in April 2026 for the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, with a mobile release pending. The game is free to play, but allows the player to buy additional content such as additional storage spaces and additional tickets to recruit and train Pokémon. The game is intended as a battle simulator for players to engage in Pokémon battles with other players of the game over the Internet. To that end, the player can copy their Pokémon in from Pokémon HOME to use in battles, or recruit Pokémon that they can then use in the battles.
