The following lists and table contain the location of all evolutionary items, breeding items (incense), and the Everstone, in FireRed and LeafGreen.

Celadon Department Store - 4F

Fire, Thunder, Water, and Leaf Stones can be purchased on 4F of Celadon Department Store for 2100 each.

Trainer Tower

In international versions of the games, the player can receive evolutionary items at the Trainer Tower for completing specific challenges within the time limit.

In the Japanese version of the games, these items can be still be obtained, but require specific e-Reader cards to be scanned; more information can be found on the Trainer Tower page linked above.

Wild Clefairy

Wild Clefairy have a 5% chance of holding a Moon Stone, which can be obtained by capturing the Clefairy or using Thief, Covet, or Trick.
