Blackthorn Gym (Crystal) Obtained from Clair. Only after defeating her. She will only give the player TM24 Dragonbreath here if the player did not obtain it from her in the Dragon's Den.

Route 28 Obtained from the celebrity in her house. Requires using Cut at Mt. Silver.

TM49 Fury Cutter Azalea Gym Obtained from Bugsy. Only after defeating him.
TM50 Nightmare Route 31 Obtained from the man standing by the pond in exchange for a Pokémon holding the Flower Mail of Kenya the Spearow. Kenya the Spearow is available on Route 35. The man will keep whichever Pokémon is given to him permanently.
HM01 Cut Ilex Forest Obtained from the charcoal maker after returning his Farfetch'd.
HM02 Fly Cianwood City Obtained from Chuck's wife outside the Cianwood Gym. Only after defeating Chuck in the Cianwood Gym.
HM03 Surf Ecruteak Dance Theater Obtained from an old man in the Dance Theater. Only after defeating the Kimono Girls.
