Sea Mauville

In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, this area is instead the Abandoned Ship.

Access to:
South: Route 108

Utility:
Surf is required to access and navigate the area.
Dive is required to access several rooms and items, including the Room 1 and 4 keys, a White Herb, a Storage Key, the Scanner, TM13 Ice Beam, eight Big Nuggets, four Nuggets, a Luxury Ball, and a Beedrillite. Dive is also required to access the portal that allows the player to encounter Ho-Oh or Lugia.

 Ho-Oh 50 OR AS Appears via a portal in the submerged control room if the player has the Tidal Bell. If defeated or run from, it will respawn after defeating the Elite Four.
It always holds Sacred Ash.
Lugia
 Lugia 50 OR AS Appears via a portal in the submerged control room if the player has the Tidal Bell. If defeated or run from, it will respawn after defeating the Elite Four.
Spiritomb
 Spiritomb 50 OR AS Only after engaging Groudon/Kyogre. Appears in the southeasternmost room of the dry corridor.
The player must stand in the northwest corner of the room, open a menu, and close it to see the Odd Keystone.
If defeated or run from, it will respawn after defeating the Elite Four. It always holds a Smoke Ball.
