This location is called Team Magma Hideout in Ruby and Omega Ruby, and Team Aqua Hideout in Sapphire, Emerald, and Alpha Sapphire. Both locations are similar enough that I think they can be combined.

In Ruby and Sapphire only, this location closes after being cleared, meaning any items not picked up are made permanently inaccessible.
