After obtaining Chuck's Pokégear number, Cameron can take photos of the player with him here on Sundays. Due to a glitch, he will not appear after the player obtains the Jade Orb.

Utility:
Surf is required to access a Pearl. Wild Pokémon can also be encountered here with Surf.
Surf and Waterfall are required to access the grass patch, the special Headbutt trees, and a White Flute.
Surf and Rock Climb are required to access the Embedded Tower, a Wave Incense, and a hidden Stardust.
Headbutt can be used to encounter wild Pokémon.
