Move Tutor: A Tamer in the Pokémon Center will teach the player's Partner Pikachu Zippy Zap and Floaty Fall, or the player's Partner Eevee Bouncy Bubble, Buzzy Buzz, Sizzly Slide, Glitzy Glow, and Baddy Bad. After speaking to the Tamer in Fuchsia City, the Tamer here will additionally offer Splishy Splash for Pikachu, and Sappy Seed, Freezy Frost, and Sparkly Swirl for Eevee.
Fortune Teller: For 10,000, a Channeler in the Pokémon Center will allow the player to choose a Nature for wild Pokémon to have for the remainder of the day.
Secret Technique: After obtaining the Silph Scope, a Rocker in front of the Game Corner will teach the player's Partner Pokémon Sky Dash.
