Also known as Kanto Radio Tower in Gold, Silver, Crystal, HeartGold, and SoulSilver.

Access to:
Exit on 1F: Lavender Town

Places of interest:
5F contains a tile which heals the player's Pokémon.

Utility:
The Silph Scope is required to battle or catch any Pokémon, and to pass the Marowak on 6F.

Marowak
Marowak 30 Requires the Silph Scope to battle. It must be defeated to progress, and cannot be captured. If the player uses a Poké Doll to end the battle, it will disappear as though defeated.

If the player lost to him in Professor Oak's Lab, Elemental 1 will be Vulpix and Elemental 2 will be Magnemite.
If the player defeated him in Professor Oak's Lab and lost or skipped the first Route 22 battle, Elemental 1 will be Magnemite and Elemental 2 will be Shellder.
If the player defeated him both times, Elemental 1 will be Shellder and Elemental 2 will be Vulpix.
