The Mauville Food Court, or Battle Food Court, is a place in Mauville City, exclusive to Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, where the player can choose to undertake one of a few battle challenges. In the Mauville Food Court, the player will choose a specific food item, which equates to one of the challenges the player faces, and battle Trainers while waiting for their food to arrive. The player will receive rewards if they are able to complete each challenge in a specific amount of turns.
There are three food items (challenges) the player can choose from: Village Sub Combo, Magnemite Croquette, and Mauville Ramen Bowl. When the player first reaches the Food Court, only the Village Sub Combo is available. The Magnemite Croquette becomes available after defeating Wallace in Sootopolis City, and the Mauville Ramen Bowl becomes available after finishing the Delta Episode. Each challenge can be completed once per day.
Each challenge costs a different amount and features a different battle type. The Village Sub Combo costs 1000 and features Single Battles, the Magnemite Croquette costs 5000 and features Double Battles, and the Mauville Ramen Bowl costs 10000 and features Triple Battles.
The player's Pokémon are healed after each battle in each challenge. If the player loses to any of the Trainers, the challenge will continue, but the player will not be able to get one of the prizes associated with the challenge.

The first time the player orders the Mauville Ramen Bowl, the last Trainer in the sequence will be Fare Prince Trencherman. In subsequent attempts, the last Trainer will be Black Belt Banting.

The player can receive rewards based on two criteria: 1) beating each challenge in a certain number of turns (exactly), and 2) winning against each Trainer in the challenge. For achieving one or both goals, the player can get items, shown below.
For beating the challenge in exactly 5 turns, the player will receive a Nugget.
For beating the challenge in exactly 5 turns and beating all enemy Trainers, the player will receive one of the following Berries:
For beating the challenge in exactly 6 turns, the player will receive a Pearl String.
For beating the challenge in exactly 6 turns and beating all enemy Trainers, the player will receive Metal Powder.
For beating the challenge in exactly 8 turns, the player will receive two Big Nuggets.
For beating the challenge in exactly 8 turns and beating all enemy Trainers, the player will receive a Deep Sea Tooth in Omega Ruby and a Deep Sea Scale in Alpha Sapphire.
