The following tables contain the location(s) of all Stat Boosters (HP Up, PP Up, PP Max, Rare Candy, Protein, Carbos, Calcium, Iron, Zinc) in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald.

Pickup

In Ruby and Sapphire, Pokémon with the Pickup ability have a 10% chance of finding a Rare Candy, a 5% chance of finding a Protein, and a 4% chance of finding a PP Up.

In Emerald, the following items can be obtained at the listed levels:

Lilycove Department Store - 3F

Some stat boosters can be purchased from the left vendor on 3F in Lilycove Department Store.

Energy Guru

The Energy Guru at Slateport Market sells stat boosters. After defeating the Elite Four, if the player's last purchase was 20 or more of one item in one purchase, he may have a sale where these items are sold for half price. The sale is announced on TV.

Berry Powder Woman

In Emerald, some stat boosters can be purchased from the Berry Powder Woman at Slateport Market in exchange for Berry Powder.

Battle Tower

In Ruby and Sapphire's Battle Tower, the player can receive a Protein, Iron, Calcium, Carbos, Zinc, or HP Up as a reward for completing a set of 7 battles, so long as the player's total streak is 35 wins or fewer.

Pokémon Center Ladies

In Emerald, the Favor Lady in the Lilycove Pokémon Center will give away an HP Up, Protein, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, or Carbos for providing her a correct item, depending on the item she requests.

Battle Frontier

In Emerald's Battle Frontier, stat-boosting items can be purchased in two places: at the Poké Mart and at the Exchange Service Corner, at the second counter from the right. Items purchased at the Poké Mart are paid for with regular money, and those at the Exchange Service Corner are paid for with Battle Points (BP). The same stock is available at both shops; the prices in both currencies are shown below.
