Access to:
Exit: Route 21
Exit: Undella Bay

Utility:
Surf is required to access Seaside Cave, including all 29 spots for Funfest Missions. Wild Pokémon can also be encountered here with Surf.
Strength is required to access TM06 Toxic and a Rare Candy.

Funfest Missions:
1F: Cave map with 19 spots. Requires Surf. Three of the spots require passing through the basement to reach.
B1F: Cave map with 10 spots. Requires Surf.
Funfest Trainers here are 4 levels lower in Easy Mode and 4 higher in Challenge Mode.
