Inver

Inver is a man who can be battled on Route 18 (X and Y) or in Mauville City (Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire). He will challenge the player to an Inverse Battle, assign the player a score based on how well they performed against him, and give out a reward in accordance with the score. He can be battled once a day.

Inver's Pokémon are chosen from a pool of possible Pokémon assigned to him. These Pokémon have random abilities (including Hidden Abilities) and gender. Their information is shown below.

Before defeating the Elite Four, these Pokémon are level 55. After defeating the Elite Four, they are level 65.

Scoring & Item Rewards

The player's score is determined by subtracting the number of not very effective attacks the player made that hit the opponent from the number of super-effective attacks the player made that hit the opponent.

If none of the player's Pokémon faint during the battle, the player will receive three of the item reward, instead of one. Regardless, the player can only receive one item type per battle.
