The sewers are accessible initially from an entrance in Bleu Sector 7 during Main Mission 19: Reaching Rank D. After completing this mission, the player must unlock an entrance in the underground path in Bleu Sector 1 by accepting Side Mission 057: The Camerupt Entrepreneur from Hérup.
A second area of the sewers becomes available during Main Mission 20: A Request from the Rust Syndicate. This area is accessible from Magenta Street, south of Magenta Sector 8.
