Pokémon with the Pickup ability have a 10% chance of picking up Rare Candies, a 5% chance of picking up Proteins, and a 4% chance of picking up PP Ups. Of the Pokémon with Pickup, only Aipom is available without trading with Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, or LeafGreen.
The Poké Mart in Agate Village sells HP Ups, Proteins, Irons, Carboses, Calciums, and Zincs for 9800 apiece.
