The following tables contain the location(s) of all Stat Boosters (HP Up, PP Up, Rare Candy, Protein, Carbos, Calcium, Iron) in Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

Mystery Gift

HP Ups and PP Ups can be obtained via Mystery Gift. From what I know, the chance appears to be incredibly low.

Goldenrod Department Store - Rooftop Lookout Sale

In Crystal, Proteins can be purchased for 7800 in a rooftop lookout sale after defeating the Elite Four.

Battle Tower

In Crystal, the player can receive Calciums, Carboses, HP Ups, Irons, and Proteins as rewards at the Battle Tower for completing sets of seven battles.
