Tackle x3 is required to awaken Abomasnow. It can be found on Piloswine in Hia Valley.
Burn x1 is required to light the Torch to open the doors to Almia Castle. It can be found on Vulpix.

Herbert at the Shiver Camp requests to see an Abomasnow. The only place where Abomasnow can be found is on the western part of the Ice Lake.

Three blocks of Solid Ice appear while this Quest is active. They require Burn x2 to clear, which can be found on Ninetales inside Almia Castle.
