This Quest can be received from Little Tim at the Ranger Base in Vientown after completing Mission 2: Investigate the Marine Cave!. The player must complete this Quest to progress the game.
To complete this Quest, the player must catch Little Tim's Miltank.
The reward for completing this quest is the Grass Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Little Girl outside the northeastern house in Chicole Village after completing Calm Down Miltank.
To complete this Quest, the player must go to the bridge west of the Ranger School and see a Floatzel there.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Water Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from an Old Woman near the eastern exit to Vientown after completing Mission 3: Fight the Vien Forest Fire!.
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Combee in Vien Forest and show it to the Old Woman.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Electric Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from an Mr. Woodward in the southwestern house in Vientown after completing Mission 3: Fight the Vien Forest Fire!.
To complete this Quest, the player must clear two Fallen Logs in Vien Forest.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Long Line A.
This Quest can be received from a Boy in the northern part of Vientown after completing Mission 3: Fight the Vien Forest Fire!.
To complete this Quest, the player must clear two Wooden Crates on Nabiki Beach.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Normal Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Man in the part of Vien Forest south of Pueltown after driving off Team Dim Sun during Mission 4: Destroy the Strange Machines!.
To complete this Quest, the player must clear two Crates deeper in Vien Forest.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Bug Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from Webster near the southern exit to Vientown after reuniting Ollie with his mom.
To complete this Quest, the player must clear a Rock on Nabiki Beach south of Breeze Hill.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Dark Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Young Guy near the southern exit to Vien Forest after reuniting Ollie with his mom.
To complete this Quest, the player must catch Cranidos and Wartortle in the dead-end with the tree west of the Young Guy that gives the player this Quest.
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Cranidos, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
This Quest can be received from the Fishing Kid on the southeastern dock in Pueltown after first visiting the Ranger Union.
To complete this Quest, the player must catch Lumineon in the Puel Sea. It is located in the area with the currents where the player captured Sharpedo during Mission 5: Recover a Key from Sharpedo!.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Rock Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from the Old Man west of the Ranger Depot in Pueltown after first visiting the Ranger Union.
To complete this Quest, the player must catch an Eevee in the easternmost part of Puel Town, near where the ledge is that allows the player to jump from the higher level of the dock.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Steel Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from Brook south of the bridge in Altru Park after first visiting the Ranger Union.
To complete this Quest, the player must visit Brook's mother. She is in the eastern part of the town, in the eastern house north of the fountain.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Flying Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Man in the western part of Pueltown after learning how to ride Doduo.
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Nosepass in Marine Cave and show it to the Man.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Ground Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Man in the area two screens north of Vien Forest after learning how to ride Doduo.
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Ambipom in the screen to the west and show it to the Man.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Power Plus A.
This Quest can be received from Herbert on the bridge in Altru Park after learning how to ride Doduo.
To complete this Quest, the player must capture an Oddish in Vien Forest and show it to Herbert.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Fire Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Little Boy in front of the northeastern house in Chicole Village after learning how to ride Doduo.
To complete this Quest, the player must catch Turtwig on the northern cliff of Breeze Hill in Vientown
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Turtwig, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
This Quest can be received from Janice on the top floor of the Ranger School after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must clear three piles of Fallen Leaves at the Ranger School in the main yard.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Time Assist A.
This Quest can be received from Nectar Victoria near the pond on Union Road after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must bring Nectar Victoria a Cherrim. One can be found on Peril Cliffs.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Ghost Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from the Elder's Granddaughter in the southwestern house in Boyleland after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must speak to the Team Dim Sun member at the hidden harbor in the deepest part of Volcano Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Recovery A.
This Quest can be received from Oscar near the entrance to Volcano Cave in Boyleland after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must bring Oscar a Muk. One can be found in Volcano Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Poison Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Boy on Union Road after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must catch a Shieldon on the northeastern screen of the Peril Cliffs.
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Shieldon, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
This Quest can be received from the player's Dad on the farm in Chicole Village after receiving Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must meet Reporter Hans outside the Altru Building in Altru Park, speak to him, and return to the player's Dad.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Psychic Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from a Lady on the overpass across the main area of Pueltown after completing Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture two Murkrow in Pueltown. One is located in the northeastern part of the eastern area, south of Isaac's house, and the other is on the roof of the southwestern apartment complex in the western area.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Ice Defense 1.
This Quest can be received on Union Road from the Jam-maker in the cabin south of the entrance to the Peril Cliffs after completing Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture two Combee and a Vespiquen near the northernmost tree on the first screen of Chroma Road.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Energy Plus.
This Quest can be received from the Explorer on Chroma Road next to the entrance to Chroma Highlands after completing Mission 9: Support Sven at the Ruins!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Chimchar and two Beedrill in the Chroma Highlands.
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Chimchar, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
This Quest can be received from the Lady in the western area of Pueltown after completing Mission 10: Get the Blue Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must bring the Lady a Chingling. One can be found in Crysta Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Dragon Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from Herbert in the northwest corner of Shiver Camp after completing Mission 10: Get the Blue Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must bring Herbert an Abomasnow. One can be found at Ice Lake.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Fighting Defense 1.
This Quest can be received from Pamur in the northernmost hut in Shiver Camp after completing Mission 10: Get the Blue Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must clear three blocks of Solid Ice in Crysta Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Water Defense 2.
This Quest can be received from a Research Team Member near the entrance to the Ice Lake in Hia Valley after completing Mission 10: Get the Blue Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Piplup and Houndoom in the southwestern part of Hia Valley.
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Piplup, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
This Quest can be received from an Old Man in the eastern part of Pueltown after completing Mission 11: Get the Red Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture three Drifblim and show them to the Old Man. Drifblim can be found in Chroma Ruins and the eastern side of Volcano Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Power Plus B.
This Quest can be received from the Fishing Guide in the southwestern house in Boyleland after completing Mission 11: Get the Red Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must clear two Fiery Walls in the west part of Volcano Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Fire Defense 2.
This Quest can be received from a Research Team Member southwest of the entrance to Ice Lake in Hia Valley after completing Mission 11: Get the Red Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must clear an Ice Wall in front of the western hut in Shiver Camp.
The reward for completing this Quest is the Normal Defense 2.
This Quest can be received from the Explorer just inside the western entrance to Volcano Cave after completing Mission 11: Get the Red Gem!
To complete this Quest, the player must capture a Snover in the eastern part of Volcano Cave.
The reward for completing this Quest is the captured Snover, who joins the player as a potential Partner Pokémon.
