• A Steel Frame requires Cut x3 to clear, which can be found on Starmie. It leads to a wild Wailmer.

Quest: Unidentified Fleeing Omastar

The Omastar captured here remains here permanently after completing this Quest.

Omastar

• Mantine's Swim is required to traverse two underwater chasms. One of them leads to the wild Omastar.
• If not already cleared, two Boulders require Crush x4 to clear, which can be found on nearby Kingdra. Clearing one is required to reach the Omastar.
• If not already cleared, a Steel Frame requires Cut x3 to clear, which can be found on Starmie. It leads to a wild Wailmer.
