Move Relearner

The Move Relearner is located on Two Island. He can make a Pokémon remember a single move from its level-up movepool in exchange for either two Tinymushrooms or one Big Mushroom. Mushrooms can be found in the following locations:

Seismic Toss Pewter Museum The man who teaches this is located in the eastern building. Cut is required to reach him.
Mega Punch Route 4 The man who teaches this is located on a plateau on the eastern half of the route. He is the Black Belt on the left.
Mega Kick Route 4 The man who teaches this is located on a plateau on the eastern half of the route. He is the Black Belt on the right.
Rock Slide Rock Tunnel B1F The boy who teaches this is located in the dead end southwest of Picnicker Sofia.
Softboiled Celadon City The man who teaches this is located north of the pond. Surf is required to reach him.

Substitute Fuchsia City The boy who teaches this is located in front of Kangaskhan's pen.
Mimic Saffron City Copycat is the person who teaches this, and will only teach it in exchange for a Poké Doll.
