Old Guys

The Old Guys are a group of five guys that appear in the Pokémon Center. Only one guy will be present at any given time. Each guy will give two O-Powers when spoken to, if the player has met certain progress milestones. After giving the player two O-Powers, each Old Guy will leave the Pokémon Center and another Old Guy will take their place. The exception is the Storyteller: he will give the player the PP Restoring Power when first spoken to, but the second time (which requires the player to have beaten the Elite Four), he does not give an O-Power, but still leaves the center.

After all five Old Guys have left the Pokémon Center, the player must enter Apartment 3 in Mauville Hills to see them again, where they will mention they are looking for someone to pass their powers to. The player must bring back the man living across the hall from them in order to obtain the final O-Power.
