How Many Pokémon Can You Get Without Evolving in Pokémon Japanese Green / International Blue?

The player can get up to 124 species total in Japanese Green/International Blue without trading, as described here. Without evolving any Pokémon, and only collecting evolutionary stages that the player can get in the wild, as a gift or purchase, or from an in-game trade, the player can get up to 102 species. Of the 124 possible species in Green/Blue, the Pokémon unavailable without evolving are as follows:

Starter Evolutions (2) - 2 total
The starters are only available in their base forms, leaving their evolutions inaccessible.
Stone Evolutions (10) - 12 total
Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Clefable, Ninetales, Poliwrath, Victreebel, Cloyster, Exeggutor, Starmie, and two of Eevee's evolutions are inaccessible.
Fossils (1) - 13 total
The Fossils can only be revived into their base forms, leaving their evolutions inaccessible.
Other (9) - 22 total
Butterfree, Beedrill, Pidgeot, Persian, Tentacruel, Rapidash, Gyarados, Dragonair, and Dragonite are inaccessible.
